Our love for the Hocking Hills began as students at Ohio University in Athens, OH. We frequently took day trips, hitching rides with friends who had cars on campus, to explore the beauty of Old Man's Cave. Years after graduating, we realized that the Hocking Hills were becoming a vacation destination for people all over the country.
In 2015, we established our first cabin, Liberty Ridge, named after our American Cocker Spaniel, Liberty. After a successful year of hosting, we added Redwood Lodge. By the fall of 2017, we built River Rock, followed by Bobcat Bluff in the spring of 2019, named in honor of our beloved Ohio University Bobcat. Our fifth property, Golden Acres Lodge, was completed in the spring of 2023 and sits on 40 gorgeous acres near Cedar Falls.
We reside an hour away from the cabins in Delaware, OH, with our two daughters. We spend as much time as possible in Hocking County and are very familiar with the local hiking trails, dining spots, and attractions. We'd love to share our recommendations with you. Additionally, I serve as a board member of the Hocking Hills Lodging Owners Association.
We are fortunate to have an amazing team who handle the day-to-day operations of our properties and are local to the area if you need anything during your stay. We own and operate all of our cabins, taking pride in offering our guests the best Hocking Hills cabin experience.
